Skilled Nursing Department

Our Registered Nurses Provide Skilled care and helpful instructions to the patients and family members which enable them to function independently, as much as possible, at home while increasing their comfort and health.

Department of Physical, Speech, Occupational Therapy & Other Disciplines

We have specially trained personnel to assist and instruct the patients in improving their functional abilities in performing activities living:

Home Health Aides
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, ambulation and exercise under professional supervision

Physical Therapy
Provides instruction and therapy for bed mobility, gait training, transfer training, home safety training, home exercise program, therapeutic exercise and use of adaptive equipment in rehabilitation

Occupational Therapy
Provides instructions and therapy for developing activities that facilitate maximum self care and return to former level of functioning, training in functional activities for daily living, upper extremity mobility, muscle re-education, splinting and orthotics.

Speech Therapy
Services assist patients in regaining speech which may have been impaired following illness or injury.

Nutritional Counseling
Services assist patients in complying with special diets prescribed by the physician

Medical Social Services
Assist patents and their family in coping with the psychosocial impact of their illness by providing referrals to community resources
